Association taps university administrator for its next leader Walton The $41M-revenue National Association of College Stores has named Robert Walton CEO, effective July 1. He succeeds Brian Cartier, retiring this month after leading the Oberlin, Ohio-based organization for 18 years. Walton currently is VP for finance and administration at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
